Pair O’Deez Teez is the apparel division of Wrap City Blue, which prints large format adhesive vinyl for cornhole wraps and snowboard wrap, as well as vinyl banners and tarps. You will notice customer service emails, order status updates and confimations are managed by Wrap City Blue and will originate from a Wrap City Blue email address.
Shippping
All Pair O’Deez Teez shirt orders are shipped USPS ground from Brookfield, WI.
Return Policy
For manufactured and printing defects or damaged shipping, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the order. We stand by our product so if you receive it and there are issues with the shirt, please let us know. For any questions on your order contact 414-403-1912 or email [email protected]
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Return Window
Customers have 15 days to request a return due to manufacturer or print defect.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 30% of the price of the apparel will be charged, as well as customer paying return shipping for any returned items beyond a manufacturer defect or shipping damage.
Refund Processesing Time
Refunds will be processed back to original payment method within 5 business days.
Production Time
Shirt printing production time is 3-5 days from when the order is submitted. Orders are processed M-F, 10am-4pm CST. If your shirt color or size is out of stock, we will contact you with options or with a time frame to when the hirt will be back in stock.
Authorized Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with your Pair O’Deez Teez , please contact customer service at [email protected]. No returns will be accepted prior to an email authorization from customer service department.
